How to set up the APN?

The APN setting should be configured automatically as you install your eSIM. If it doesn't work, try the following :

• Go to your phone's "Settings".
• Select "Mobile Networks" or "More Networks" (this may vary depending on your device).
• Tap on "Access Point Names" or "APN".
• If you see existing APNs, tap the menu button or three dots at the top right and choose "Reset".
• Then, tap the '+' button or "Add an APN" to create a new APN.
• Enter the APN details provided by Bouygues Telecom, which can usually be found on the documentation that comes with your prepaid SIM card.
• Once the information is entered, press "Save" or the menu button, then select "Save".
• Select the new APN you just created as the active APN.
• Restart your phone to activate the new settings.
